Group Health USA

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 2026. This policy explains how Group Health USA handles the information you share with us. By using this website or sending us your details, you agree to the practices described here.

What you send us

When you fill out a quote or contact form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, business name, number of employees, business ZIP code, phone number, email address, current carrier, and any notes you add. Our public forms never ask for Social Security numbers, employee dates of birth, or medical or health history.

When you submit a form, our server also receives your IP address and browser user-agent information, records the submission time, and attaches the reCAPTCHA verification score and action. These technical details travel with your request through Zapier, our existing form-delivery service; the IP address is also sent to Google reCAPTCHA for spam verification.

What we record about how you found us

Separately from anything you type, the site records the source details listed below about the visit that brought you here. First-visit source details are kept in session storage, scoped to the current browser tab, and attached to a quote request only if you choose to send one. Phone-click signals and confirmed quote references are described separately below.

  • The page you landed on, recorded using this site's canonical address and list of published paths. An unknown path is recorded as the home page instead, while a submitted landing address from another site is discarded. Landing-page query strings and fragments are not retained.
  • Where the visit came from, reduced to the site address only, such as a search engine or another website. We do not keep the full referring web address, its query string, or anything after the domain name.
  • Campaign attribution parameters and advertising click identifiers from an allowlist of standard advertising tags, limited in length and restricted to plain letters, digits, and simple punctuation. A value outside that pattern, including anything resembling an email address or free text, is discarded rather than cleaned up and kept.
  • A phone-click intent signal. When someone taps a phone link, the site records that a call button was tapped, on which of our published pages, and which part of the layout it sat in. It does not record the phone number, who tapped it, or whether a call was ever placed or answered, and it is not treated as a completed call or a lead.
  • A quote reference. Confirmed quote requests are given a random reference code so we can count and match inquiries. The code is generated on our server rather than from your contact details. It is associated with your quote request in our records.

Our attribution code does not store arbitrary URL query strings or use cookies. Source details help identify where inquiries came from; we use the contact details you provide to respond to a request. Phone-click events alone do not identify a caller or prove a completed call. These quote and phone-click events are not currently connected to a dedicated conversion-reporting product. Vercel, our hosting provider, may process connection and website-performance information; see its Privacy Policy.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare group health insurance options, and communicate with you about coverage. To do that, we may share the details you provide with insurance carriers and with the tools we use to receive requests and prepare quotes. Source details and the quote reference travel with your request through our existing form-delivery service.

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection. Google may process browser and interaction information under its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The attribution storage described above is separate from this spam-protection service.

What we do not do

We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their own marketing. Your information is used to help you shop for and manage group health coverage, and for nothing else.

Data retention and security

We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect it, though no method of transmission over the internet is fully secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to update or delete the information you have shared, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Contact us at contact@grouphealthusa.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
